I am a slow runner, decent snowboarder, and aim for wiisports rookie of the year. I have strong legs, eastern european calves, and like to lift things my boyfriend thinks I can't. A busy and constantly changing schedule make it hard to get into and stay in a workout routine. I'm a crusader for medical scientific truth in nutrition and weight loss discussions and I heart fiber.

One suggestion: Looking at your workouts, your biggest weight losses seem to follow after you do longer cardio workouts. You don't have to workout at a high heart rate to achieve fat loss. The first 30 minutes of cardio your body is burning the glucose stored in your body. If you extend your cardio PAST 30 minutes at a 60-75% of maximum heart rate level, you will burn body fat. Try it! Crank up some great music and do 45 minutes of very brisk walking on the treadmill for three days in a row. Eat responsibly for those three days. No cheating. I betchya you would see that scale go down. THREE DAY challenge. Try it!
